摘 要:针对飞机组件、部件的无应力入位问题,提出一种浮动入位方法,设计浮动入位装置.介绍飞机部件的定位器支撑布局,论述部件姿态调整对工艺球头入位形式的要求;提出浮动入位装置的技术要求,将浮动入位装置划分为直线移动模块、浮动锁紧模块和球头入位模块,对锁紧机构进行分析,并对装置的关键受力部位进行校核;最后,对2种浮动入位装置进行分析与比较.分析结果表明,该装置具有良好的入位适应性,可以有效释放组件、部件入位过程中的内应力,能够提供足够大的锁紧力并且不对飞机组件、部件的姿态产生破坏.To obtain an accurate support for subassembly or component by ball joint with minimum stress, a position-following method is proposed, and position-following devices are designed. Firstly, the layout of four localizers which support the component is introduced. The principle of position and posture adjustment of the component, requirements of ball-heads" position and posture are analyzed. Secondly, technical requirements of the position-following device are made clear. Position-following device is divided into three modules, i.e. the linear motion module, the locking module and the ball-head supporting module. The locking mechanism is analyzed and stress check of key parts is conducted. Finally, two types of position-fol- lowing devices are analyzed and compared. The analysis results show that the device has good adaptability, the stress of the subassembly or component of aircraft introduced in the positioning process can be released effectively, the device can provide enough force to lock itself reliably
