摘　　要：目的探讨联合自体血清治疗白内障术后重度角膜上皮脱落的疗效。方法选择行表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的发生重度角膜上皮脱落的患者60例，将其随机分成两组：联合自体血清治疗组（A组）：结膜下注射自体血清，剩下自体血清qid＋倍然qid＋人表皮细胞生长因子滴眼液滴眼qid；对照组（B组）：倍然滴眼液滴眼qid＋人表皮细胞生长因子滴眼液滴眼qid；检测角膜上皮愈合平均时间。结果联合自体血清治疗组角膜上皮平均愈合时间为（12．90±1．89）d，对照组为（26．00±2．40）d，差异有统计学意义俨〈0．01）。结论联合自体血清治疗白内障术后重度角膜上皮脱落疗效好。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous serum in the treatment of severe corneal epithelial shredding after cataract surgery. Methods 60 patients with severe corneal epithelial shedding after small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction plus intraocular lens implantion were randomly divided into two groups. Autologous serum group received subconjunctival injections of autologous serum, autologous serum eye drops, and dextran and hypromellose eye drops four times daily; while the control group received dextran and dypromellose eye drops alone. The average healing time of the corneal epithelium was measured. Results The average healing time of the corneal epithelium was significantly shorter in the autologous serum group than in the control group （[12.90±1.89] days vs. [26.00±2.40]days, P〈0.01）. Conclusions Autologous serum is efficacious in the treatment of severe corneal epithelial shedding after cataract surgery.
