摘　　要：少数民族学生具有强烈的群体意识、自我保护意识等非健康心理特征。高职院校要注重现代文化的引领作用,大力加强少数民族学生心理健康教育,帮助学生培养正确的学习动机,使其学会适当的自我调适,解决学生的实际困难,增强学生的自信心,努力健全其自身人格。Minority students have non-healthy psychological characteristics, which are the strong sense of community, the self-protection awareness and the week sense of competition. Higher vocational universities should pay attention to the leading role of the modern culture to vigorously strength- en the mental health education of the minority students, help the students develop the correct motivation and learn proper self-adjustment, solve the practical difficulties of the students, enhance the students＂ self-confidence, and improve their own personalities.
