摘　　要：基于宅基地管理问题,介绍了农村宅基地调查相关概念及地籍总调查流程,野外数字化测图及航空摄影测量,权属调查,并对农村宅基地的建库流程,检查验收标准进行了详细介绍。深入基层调查,宣传并规范了对宅基地的利用,最终建立了数据库对土地利用总量进行宏观调控。以CASS9.0为基础,MapGIS K9为平台,利用建库软件将图形数据与属性数据连接,最后通过质检软件入库,并提出一些针对性建议,为宅基地发证工作提供基础数据和政策参考。This paper introduces the relevant concepts of countryside homestead survey, the complete process of cadastral survey, field digital mapping and aerial photogrammetry, and ownership survey, as well as the procedure of establishing the data base of countryside homestead and the standard of acceptance checks. Based on the investigation and publicity and the regulation of the use of homestead land, the database has been built for the macroeconomic regulation and control of the total land use. With CASS 9.0 as the foundation as MapGIS K9 as a platform, graphic data and attribute data are connected by means of the software of data building. The paper ends with some proposals for issuing the homestead licenses.
