摘 要:目的利用生物信息学找到大鼠颅脑损伤后的差异表达基因信息,为后期研究提供线索。方法在公共基因芯片数据库GEO中找到大鼠颅脑损伤基因芯片数据,并利用其筛选工具找到差异表达基因,随后对其进行生物学分析。结果在大鼠损伤脑组织中共找到190条表达基因,上调159条,下调31条。通过STRING网站筛选到23条关键基因。结论利用生物信息学方法能有效分析基因芯片数据并获取生物内在信息,大鼠颅脑损伤后多种基因表达发生改变,为确定其早期诊断标志与新治疗靶位开辟了新的思路。Objective To find a rat TBI-related gene expression information by bioinformatics for providing clues for later study. Methods The gene chip data of rat TBI were obtained from GEO database, using its tools to identify the genes related to rat TBI with bioinformatics analysis. Results 190 differentially expressed genes were identified in rat sepsis samples, including159 up-regulated and 31 down-regulated genes;7 Biological processes and 10 Signaling pathway were screened by FLink^23 key genes were screened by String networks. Conclusion Bioinformatics analysis can help with effective analysis of the gene chip data, The pathogenesis of TBI rat involves abnormal expression of multiple genes, and these data may benefit further investigations of the early diagnosis and treatment.
