时辰化疗在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究时辰化疗在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的临床应用。方法将60例非霍基金淋巴瘤随机分成时辰化疗组和常规化疗组两组。21天为1周期,两周期评价近期客观疗效和毒副性反应。随访2年,比较分析两组无疾病进展生存率。结果本研究显示时辰化疗组总有效率(RR)为73.3%,而常规化疗组为40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年,时辰化疗组和常规化疗组的无疾病进展时间分别为8个月和4个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。时辰化疗组的骨髓抑制、心脏毒性、肾脏毒性、神经毒性反应较轻,患者能耐受。结论时辰化疗的实施,使恶性淋巴瘤患者的耐受性和有效率都得到了提高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the chrono-chemotherapy on the cancer patients with non- Hodgkin lymphoma and its side effect. Methods 60 cancer patients with non-hodgkin lymphoma were divided into two groups： chrono-chemotherapy group and normal chemotherapy group, randomly,with 21 days as one cycle. At every two cycles, we observed the clinical efficacy and the side effect. After two-year follow-up, we compared desease-free survival time between the two groups. Results In the study, the tumor response rate was 73.3% in the chrono-chemotherapy group, higher than the normal chemotheapy group significantly, P〈 0. 05. After two-year follow-up, there were 8 months of desease-free survival time in the chrono-chemotherapy group, higher than 4 months in the normal chemothera- py group significantly, P〈 0.05. Moreover, there were slight side effect such as bone marrow suppression, cardiac tox- icity, kidney toxicity and neurotoxicity. Conclusion Chorono- chemotherapy could improve the tumor reponse rate and tolerance in the cancer patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and should be applied widely.
