摘  要:中共延安时期,针对抗战急需科技人才而科技人才当时又奇缺的现状,积极推行科技教育政策,开拓出高、中、初多层面人才培养路径,确立起科学与技术双重教学训练体制和以为人民服务为核心的科技伦理教育体系。多出人才快出人才,出高素质人才,最大限度地贴近现实需要,让自然科学的阳光普照黎民。它启迪我国现代科技教育应强化普及,提高创新水平,坐实无私奉献精神。For the urgent need of scientific research and technological personnel and the status quo of lacking sci- entific research and technological personnel during Yan' an period, the CPC actively introduced science and tech-nology education policy. The CPC created multi-faceted training path of high, middle and low, set up dual teach- ing training system of science and technology and science and technology ethics education system regarding serving the people as the core. The policy enlightens that China' s modern science and technology education should strengthen the popularization and make the real spirit of selfless dedication clear and certain.
