摘 要:通过对球形摩擦副下关节软骨摩擦行为研究,揭示表面轮廓对软骨摩擦行为的影响。以陶瓷球与软骨为球形摩擦副,在UMT-2型微观多功能测试系统上分别测定两类轮廓组成的软骨摩擦副的接触位移和摩擦因数。结果表明,接触位移是由软骨变形量和波动位移组成,软骨变形量与时间成非线性增加,波动位移与时间呈周期而非线性变化;球对软骨的摩擦副有一个较高的启动摩擦因数;表面轮廓影响球形摩擦副的接触状态和摩擦行为,软骨试样的摩擦因数高于纯软骨层的摩擦因数。Based on the investigation of the friction behavior of the ball pairs between a ceramic ball and natural cartilage, the effect on the about two kinds of the cartilage friction was described by the surface profile. Contact displacement and coefficient of friction cartilage pairs were measured between the ball and the cartilage using UMT-2 Multi2 specimen test system. These results show that contact displacement is made up of cartilage deformation and wavy displacement. Cartilage deformation functions as a nonlinear relation with time while wavy displacement as a nonlinearly periodic relation with time. The higher friction coefficient of start-up occurrs on the ball pairs. Surface profile plays a significant role on the contact and friction behavior of the ball friction pairs, and friction coefficient of the cartilage sample including the subchondral bone is more than that of pure cartilage layer sample.
