摘  要:采用喷涂工艺制备含有芳纶纤维的环氧树脂黏结固体润滑涂层材料,并在HDM-20断面摩擦磨损试验机上进行干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:干摩擦条件下,含芳纶纤维的环氧树脂涂层有利于涂层中含有的自润滑组元石墨、二硫化钼的挤出,在摩擦副的接触表面形成转移膜,从而使涂层体现出较好的减摩、抗黏着性能;与黏结组元环氧树脂E54的质量比为0.02~0.03的芳纶纤维涂层具有较好的减摩、抗黏着性能。The bonded solid lubricant coating containing aramid fibers was prepared by spraying process. The tribotests of the material was conducted by using the HDM-20 tribometer under dry lubrication conditions. The results show that, under dry friction condition, the coating with aramid fiber is benefit for the form of free lubrication coating, and the existing of aramid could enhance the carrying capacity, so the aramid coating shows a good performance of friction reducing and antiadhesion. When the mass ratio between aramid fibers and epoxy resin E54 is 0. 02 - 0. 03 at constant load, the aramid coating has the best performance of friction reducing and anti-adhesion.
