摘  要:目的研究美洲凌霄花的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱等手段对美洲凌霄花70%乙醇提物进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从美洲凌霄花中分离得到11个化合物,分别为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、十九烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、鼠李柠檬素(Ⅳ)、芹菜素(Ⅴ)、柯伊利素(Ⅵ)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅶ)、咖啡酸(Ⅷ)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基-苯甲酸(Ⅸ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅹ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅺ均首次从该植物分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ~Ⅹ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To Study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Campsis radicans(L.)Seem.METHODS The compounds were extracted with 70% alcohol from the flower of Campsis radicans(L.)Seem,followed by isolation purification using silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,as well as reverse phase column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as hexadecanoic acid(Ⅰ),n-nonadecanoic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),rhamnocitrin(Ⅳ),apigenin(Ⅴ),chrysoeriol(Ⅵ),trans-p-hydroxy cinamic acid(Ⅶ),caffeic acid(Ⅷ),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(Ⅸ),protocatechuic acid(Ⅹ)and daucosterol(Ⅺ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅺ were isolated from the Campsis radicans(L.)Seem for the first time and compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ-Ⅹ were isolated from the Campsis for the first time.
