重庆市渝中区社区居民卒中风险与危险因素相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析卒中相关危险因素及卒中发生风险认识情况的相关性。方法重庆医科大学附属第二医院于2011年采用多阶段抽样方法在渝中区抽取1500户住户,每户确定1位居民,由经统一培训的调查员以面对面的方式进行询问调查。统计接受调查者卒中危险因素的患病情况、卒中风险的认识情况以及两者相关性。结果共941例调查对象完成了问卷调查。社区居民卒中危险因素患病率最高的是高血压(31.5%),最低的是既往发生过卒中(7.9%);社区居民卒中风险的认识水平仅为17.7%,高血压、高脂血症、心脏病、卒中病史与卒中风险的认识水平独立相关;危险因素越多,认识卒中发生风险的比例越高(P<0.001)。结论大多数存在卒中危险因素的社区居民对发生卒中风险缺乏认识,社区居民对卒中风险意识有待提高。Objective To analyze the relationship between the prevalent risk factors of stroke and the cognitive level of perceived risk for developing stroke. Methods Multi-stage sampling was used and 1500 households were selected in Yuzhong district, each household determining one member to join the survey. A trained interviewer conducted a face-to-face investigation. We calculated the prevalent risk factors of the respondents with stroke and the cognitive level of perceived risks tot stroke and analyzed the relationship between them. Results A total of 941 participants completed the survey. The highest prevalent risk factor of stroke was hypertension （31.5%） ,and the lowest was previous stroke （7.9%）. Only 17.7% of the respondents perceived themselves to be at risk for stroke. In the multivariate analyses, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart diseases and a history of stroke were independently associated with perceived risks for stroke. Patients with more risk factors had a higher recognition level of perceived risks for stroke （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion In this population-based survey, most community residents with stroke risk factors do not perceive themselves to be at risk for stroke. Awareness of the risk for stroke has vet to be enhanced amona community residents.
