摘  要:为研究低聚木糖对蛋鸽生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验将1920只白羽王鸽母鸽随机分为4组,每组4个重复,分别在基础日粮中添加质量分数为0.01%、0.02%、0.03%的低聚木糖,并设空白对照组。结果表明:0.02%组和0.03%组的产蛋率、日均产蛋总量均极显著高于对照组和0.01%组(P<0.01),料蛋质量比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。各试验组蛋壳厚度、蛋黄比色、蛋壳质量分数、蛋黄质量分数、哈夫单位等差异均不显著(P>0.05),但0.02%组和0.03%组蛋壳强度明显增加(P<0.05)。0.02%组和0.03%组的饲养经济效益比对照组分别提高8.73%和4.99%。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of xylooligosaccharides (XOS) on production perfor- mance and egg quality of layers' pigeon.A total of 1920 white wing pigeons were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates each,which were fed basal diet adding with 0% 0.01% ,0.02%, 0.03% xylooligosaccharides.Resuhs showed that:laying rate and total weight of eggs of 0.02% and 0.03% group were significantly higher than those of control group and 0.01% group (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and feed/egg ratio were significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) lower than that of control group.There were no significant differences among all groups in the eggs yolk and eggshell percentage,eggshell thickness,the Hamiltonian units (P 〉 0.05),while shell strength of 0.02% group and 0.03% group obviously increasesd (P 〈 0.05).Raise benefit of 0.02% and 0.03% group were 8.73% and 4.99% higher than that of control group ,respectively.
