摘  要:针对大型车辆载荷谱测量需要在高转速、扭矩和温度变化范围大、有油污等环境下进行扭矩测量的难题,建立了利用Zig Bee技术对旋转的机械转轴进行测量的无线扭矩测量装置。系统用应变计作为敏感元件,测量装置固定于旋转轴上,通过Zig Bee无线传输协议将测得数据发送到固定在封闭系统内壁的接收装置上,然后通过串口传输给计算机。实验分析表明:在高转速要求高采样频率、通信环境复杂的条件下,测量装置工作性能良好,验证了该测量方案的可行性和可靠性。该装置适用于密闭环境中高速旋转轴的非接触、低功耗的扭矩的测量。Aiming at problems that torque measurement of large vehicle load spectrum need to be carried out in challenge of high rotation speed,large range of torque and temperature and smeary environment,wireless Zig Bee-based torque measurement device for rotating shaft is set up.Strain gauge is used as sensitive element and measuring device are mounted to rotating shaft and wirelessly send measured datas to receiver device fixed on internal wall of the closed system and transmit to computer through serial port.Experimental analysis show that the measurement equipment works well in high sampling frequency and complicated environment.The measurement scheme is verified feasible and reliable.It is adequate for high-speed rotation non-contact and low power consumption torque measurement.
