普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、黑茶茶粉、六堡茶对非酒精性脂肪肝辅助保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、黑茶茶粉、六堡茶对高脂饮食诱发的大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的保护作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、药物组以及低、中、高剂量,即0.5 g/(kg.bw),1.0g/(kg.bw),2.0 g/(kg.bw)普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、黑茶茶粉、六堡茶组。试验大鼠灌胃授试茶样水浸提物30 d后采血处死,分离血清测定其中ALT(谷丙转氨酶)和AST(谷草转氨酶)的活性;采摘肝脏并进行肝脏病理检测。结果:与高脂模型组比较,灌胃普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、黑茶茶粉、六堡茶均能有效的抑制实验大鼠体重的增长;中、高剂量的六堡茶和中剂量组的普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉以及降脂药物可使高脂模型大鼠血清中的AST水平显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);低剂量的普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉组试验大鼠血清中的ALT水平显著降低(P<0.01);通过试验大鼠标本和病理检测发现,普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、六堡茶高剂量组能明显改善由高脂饮食引起的肝脏脂肪病变。结论:普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、六堡茶对非酒精性脂肪肝都具有不同程度的保护作用,但六堡茶的作用最显著。Objective ： The subsidiary protective effects of Fermented Pu - erh tea powder, Dark tea powder and Liupu tea on the non - alcoholic fatty liver in hyperlipidemia model rats were investigated. Methods ： Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, hyperlipidemia model group,low, medium and high dose groups of the Fermented Pu - erh tea powder, Dark tea powder and Liupu tea,which were 0. 5 g/（ kg. bw）, 1.0 g/（ kg . bw） ,2.0 g/（ kg . bw）respectively. All rats were sacrificed after 30 days＇ feeding. The serum levels of ALT and AST and pathological changes of the liver were observed. Results：Compared to the hyperlipidemia model group, Fermented Pu - erh tea powder, Dark tea powder and Liupu tea groups can effectively restrain the increasing weight of the rats, and the levels of AST in serum significantly decreased in the mid -dose group of Fermented Pu -erh tea powder, mid -dose and high dose groups of the Liupu tea（ P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈0.01 ） ;the serum levels of ALT in low dose groups of Fermented Pu - erh tea powder significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;through the specimens of rats and pathological detection, we found that high dose group of Liupu tea can improve hepatic steatosis caused by high - fat diet significantly. Conclusion ： Fermented Pu - erh tea powder, Dark tea powder and Liupu tea have different degrees of protection to the nonalcohol fatty liver, and high dose group of Liupu tea has the most obvious effect.
