摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,胃黏膜上皮细胞癌变是一个渐进的过程,其主要癌前病变为胃黏膜上皮异型增生和肠上皮化生。近年来中医药已经被广泛用于治疗胃癌癌前病变,研究发现中医药通过对癌前病变相关基因表达的调控来达到治疗胃癌癌前病变的目的。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies. Gastric epithelial cells becoming cancerous is a progressive process,and the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer（PLGC） include intestinal metaplasia（IM） and dyspldsia（Dys）. Current research state is presented that traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）has effects and inversion on PL- GC. These effects are related with the regulative effect on gene -expression related to PLGC.
