摘  要:目的探讨正常人股骨近端1H磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点。方法选取60例正常体检者行1H-MRS检查,以每10岁为年龄均隔分为4组,分别比较各感兴趣区(ROI)间脂肪分数(FF)、脂水峰比(LWR)和基线宽度(LW)值,并与年龄作相关分析。结果 (1)组间各ROI的FF及LWR差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而各ROI脂峰LW和水峰LW差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。(2)各ROI的FF和LWR均与年龄呈正相关,而水峰LW均与年龄呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论1H-MRS能很好地评价股骨近端的骨髓状况,正常人股骨近端的脂肪含量随年龄增长而增多。] Objective To investigate the characteristics of ~ H Proton MR Spectroscopy ( t H - MRS) of normal proximal femur. Methods The l H - MRS of left proximal femurs of 60 health volunteers were carried out. In all sub- jects, comparisons had been made in fat fraction (FF) , Iipid water ratio (LWR) and line width (LW) among the region of interest (ROI). Results There were significant differences among the ROIs in FF and LWR ( P 〈 O. 01 ), while no significant difference was revealed in lipid peak LW and water peak LW ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The age was significantly positively correlated with FF and LWR among the ROIs, while negatively correlated with water peak LW ( all P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclu- sion ~ H - MRS is effective in evaluating the proximal femoral marrow content ; and marrow fat content in normal proximal femur increases with aging.
