摘　　要：目的通过了解近年来沈阳地区幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染的情况,探讨与Hp感染相关的因素。方法研究对象为2010-11—2011-12本院健管中心体检人员共1237例,男1140例,女97例;年龄18～90岁。血浆中Hp尿素酶抗体检测方法采用北京康美天鸿生物科技有限公司所提供的胶体金试剂(其敏感度为98.91%,特异度为98.29%,总体符合率为98.51%,符合普查要求)。统计学处理,组内和组间比较分别采用t检验和χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果沈阳地区Hp的总感染率在49%;不同性别的感染率显示男性阳性率为49%(556/1140),女性阳性率为48%(47/97),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄组血清Hp抗体感染率为:≤20岁阳性率17%(1/6),21～30岁阳性率29%(30/104),31～40岁阳性率43%(118/276),41～50岁阳性率49%(242/494),51～60岁阳性率57%(138/243),≥61岁阳性率65%(74/114)。不同年龄组Hp感染率不同,年龄越大感染率越高(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染率男性和女性无明显差异,随着年龄的增长阳性率呈上升趋势,及早发现Hp的感染和正确治疗对预防胃癌和预后有重要意义。Objective Through understanding the infection status of Helicobacter pylori in Shenyang in recent years to probe into the related factors of Hp infection.Methods 1 237 people coming to our health care center for health examination from November, 2010 to December, 2011 were subjects, among which 1 140 were males and 97 were females ranging from 18 to 90 years old.Antibody detection method of blood plasma Hp urease adopted colloidal gold reagent provided by Beijing Kangmei Tianhong Biotechnology Sci- ence and Technology Ltd（whose sensitiveness was 98.91% , specificity 98.29 %, general coincidence rate 98.51% , in accordance with general survey requirements）.With statistical treatment, intra-group comparison and among group comparison adopted t-test and test, and the differences were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.ResuRs The total infection rate of Hp in Shengyang region was 49 % ;the infection rates in different genders showed positive rate of 49 % （556/1 140）in males, positive rate of 48 % （47/97）in females.The differ- ences were not of statistical significance（P〉 0.05）.In different age groups, the serum Hp antibody positive infection rate was 17 % （1/6） in ≤ 20 group,29 % （30/104）in 21 - 30 group,43 % （118/276）in 31 - 40 group ,49 % （242/494）in 41 - 50 group,57 % （138/243）in 51 - 60 group, and 65 % （74/114）in ≥ 61 group.The Hp infection rates were different in different age groups, which showed the older, the higher infection rate（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion There is not clear difference of infection rate in males and females, the rate rises with age.Early discovery of Hp and accurate treatment has great significance in preventing gastric cancer and prognosis.
