中西医结合治疗脑供血不足痰湿中阻征20例

摘　　要：目的观察中药眩晕Ⅲ号联合西药治疗脑供血不足痰湿中阻征的临床疗效。方法将40例脑供血不足患者随机分为两组。对照组20例给予马来酸桂哌齐特320mg加入质量浓度为0.05g/mL的葡萄糖注射液250mL,1次/d静脉滴注;红花黄色素150mg加入质量浓度为0.05g/mL的葡萄糖注射液250mL,1次/d静脉滴注;尼莫地平40mg,3次/d口服,以及其他对症治疗。治疗组20例则在对照组治疗的基础上加用眩晕Ⅲ号,2次/d口服。14d后评定两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药眩晕Ⅲ号联合西药治疗脑供血不足疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine Xuanyun-Ⅲ combined with western medicine on treating insufficient blood supply caused retention of phlegmatic dampness.Methods 40 cases with insufficient blood supply were ran- domly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group（20 cases）and the control group（20 cases）.The control group were treated with 320 mg of Cinepazide Maleate with 250 mL of dextrose injection of mass concentration of 0.05 g/mL,intravenous drip one time per day; 150 mg of safflower yellow with 250 mL of dextrose injection of mass concentration of 0.05 g/mL, intravenous drip one time per day; 40 mg of nimodipine orally taken three times per day.The treatment group were added Chinese medicine Xuanyun- llI orally taken twice per day on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The clinical curative effects were observed 14 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% ,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the differences between the treatment group and the control group were of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Xuanyun- Ⅲ combined with western medicine on treating insufficient blood supply caused retention of phlegmatic dampness is better than that of pure western medicine.
