摘　　要：目的探讨护士在安全用药管理中的作用。方法跟踪各科室护士工作流程,分析护士在药品领取和配送等环节中的作用。结果护士在医生、药剂师和疗养员三者中发挥协调的作用。结论护士的专业态度得到提高,促使疗养院用药安全质量得到保障。Objective To explore the role of nurses in safe medication management.Methods The workflow of the nurses at vari- ous sections was tracked and the role of nurses in pharmaceutical reception and distribution was analyzed. Results Nurses play a coor- dinating role in physicians, pharmacists and convalescents.Conclusion The promotion of nurses＇ professional attitude can help ensure the safety of medication use at sanatorium.
