摘　　要：转化医学主要强调各个学科之间的相互合作,不但重视"实验室基础研究成果"与"临床应用"相互转化,而且更应重视"临床实践"对"实验室基础研究"的反馈。肿瘤诊治作为医学研究重点,如何更好的贯彻转化医学的理念尤为重要,在此将从靶向药物个体化用药、循环肿瘤细胞检测、肿瘤热疗等方面阐述转化医学在肿瘤治疗中的成功应用,促进转化医学在肿瘤治疗领域发挥作用。The focus of translational medicine is to increase the cooperation among different scientific fields. Translational medicine not only needs more attention about a two-way road （Bench-to-Bedside and Bedside-to-Bench）, but also requires higher emphasis on that basic medical science research gets great feedback from clinical medicine. Translational medicine plays a very important role in cancer research area. Therefore individualized therapy of targeted medicine, testing circulating tumor cells, hyperthermia, which successfully developed based on translational medicine, will be presented in this article to mature the application of translational medicine in cancer treatment.
