摘　　要：本文以航海类专业专科大学生为研究对象,帮助学生在了解内外部环境的基础上确定自己的职业目标,在明确自己的职业定位后制定相应的职业发展计划,避免就业的盲目性,为其成功走向职业岗位提供有效的职业发展路线。The paper takes the students in vocational colleges as the object of the research to help students to determine their career goals on the basis of the understanding of internal and external surroundings. After students haw clear occupational orientation, the paper formulates the corresponding career development programs so as to avoid their blindness in employment, which provides effective career development routes for them to successfully move towards professional posts.
