聊城地区中小学教师继续教育需求的分析与研究

摘　　要：近年来中小学教师继续教育逐渐呈现"需求多样性"的发展趋势,本文对聊城地区的中小学教师进行了以"聊城地区中小学教师继续教育需求因素的调查研究"为主题的调查问卷研究,并对调查问卷进行了科学的分析与研究,在此基础上提出了中小学教师继续教育的相关对策与建议。In recent years, teachers＇ continuing education of primary and secondary schools gradually appeared the development tendency of ＂diversified needs＂. The paper made a questionnaire survey on the teachers of primary and secondary schools in Liaocheng, taking ＂investigation and study on the demand factors of Teachers＇ Continuing Education of primary and secondary schools in Liaocheng＂ as the theme. In addition, the paper made a scientific analysis and research on the questionnaires and put forward some countmeasures and suggestions for teachers＇ continuing education in primary and secondary schools.
