摘  要:有些化学知识已经不能用旧的教学方法去讲授,需要我们教师在教学过程不断地去发现,推陈出新,不断完善教学过程,达到教学相长的目的。在新课程改革的今天,面对高标准的教学要求,更加需要我们教师在教学过程中有所钻研,在传统教学的基础上,对知识的理解有自己独特的见解,不仅能够把知识讲得井井有条,还需要让学生在愉快的学习氛围中接受。本文通过个别事例简述作者的教学心得,并且讲述在其他方面帮助学生树立自信心,提高学习成绩的想法。Abstract old teaching methods have already couldn't be used to teach some chemical knowledge. To achieve the purpose that teaching benefits teachers and students, teachers need to continuously discover, get rid of the stale and bring forth the new and constantly improve the teaching process. In today's new curriculum reform, in the face of a high standard of teaching requirements, teachers should delve during the teaching process, have unique insights on the understanding of knowledge and impart the knowledge with theories and orderliness and also make students study in a pleasant learning atmosphere. This article describes the author's teaching experience through the individual eases and expounds some thoughts for teachers to help students build self-confidence and improve their learning achievements.
