唐山市创新城市建设与专业技术型外语人才培养研究

摘　　要：当前唐山市专业技术型外语人才需求旺盛,但是现有的外语人才培养模式还存在一些弊端,如校企融通不够,适应经济发展需要的外语课程体系尚未建立,双师型外语师资匮乏,实习、实训教学基地普遍欠缺等。准确分析外语人才需求形势,构建完善专业技术型外语人才培养体系,对于强化唐山市经济发展人力资源基础,加快创新型城市建设具有积极的现实意义。At present, the supply of Tangshan technology-oriented foreign language talents falls short of demand because the existing talent training mode has some disadvantages, such as the insufficient cooperation between colleges and enterprises; the incomplete curriculum system adapting to the economic development; the lack of double-quality foreign language teachers; the deficiency of practice and teaching practice bases, etc. Therefore, it is of practical significance to make an accurate analysis of the situation and to construct a perfect system of technology-oriented foreign language talents so that Tangshan human resource bases are strengthened in order to speed up the innovative city construction.
