摘 要:汽车主模型检具整体精度要求高且自重较大,因此对主模型的基座要求高。针对B81汽车主模型在加工完成后出现的变形进行有限元分析(使用软件HY-PERMESH)。分别对2种底板结构的静置状态、起吊状态、叉车运输状态以及改进状态进行分析。根据分析结果可以证明改进的方法是有效的,对于基座的安全与稳定性有着实际效果,避免了安全隐患。Since the automobile cubing checking fixture has a high accuracy requirement and a heavy self-weight, the requirement for cubing base is high. Aiming at the deformation after completed process of B81 automobile cubing, finite element analysis had been done (using hypermesh software). Static state, lifting state, forklift truck transporting state and improvement state of two kinds of base structures had been analyzed. Based on the analysis result, it proves that the improving method is effective, which has practical effects on secur- ity and stability of base and avoids potential safety problems.
