摘　　要：从阐述如何提高全员档案意识,提升档案管理人员创新能力,加大档案管理人员培训力度,增强档案管理人员服务意识,提出提高高校档案管理水平,以更好地满足高校和社会日益增长的服务需求.Summary From this paper discusses how to improve the file consciousness, to improve the file management personnel innovation ability, strengthen the file management personnel training strength, enhance the file management personnel service consciousness, raise the level of file management, in order to better meet the universities and society growing service needs.
