摘  要:水利专业研究生教育是我国水利行业教育结构中高层次的教育,肩负着为国家水利现代化建设培养高素质、高层次创造性人才的重任。本文在研究水利研究生教学模式评价指标权重中,各指标的权重的确定采用层次分析方法。指标的确定根据客观数据、教师、在校研究生、毕业研究生、用人单位、专家和分析者的认识综合给出,分值的给定采用Saaty提出的1~9比率标度法。研究结果对水利研究生教学模式进一步优化具有参考价值。Postgraduate education of water conservancy major is a high-level education in water conservancy industry's education of China and undertakes the important task of training high-quality and high-level creative talents for our country's modernization construction in water conservancy industry. The paper adopted analytic hierarchy process to study the index weight of the teaching mode of water conservancy major's postgraduates. Through the comprehensive analysis of objective data, teachers, postgraduates at school, postgraduates that have graduated from universities, employers, experts and analysts, the indexes were determined. The scores were given by Saaty's 1-9 ratio scale method. The research results provided some references for optimizing the teaching mode of postgraduates in water conservancy major.
