摘　　要：目的:在分析网络文化特点及对大学生教育的基础上,阐述了当前高校党建工作所面临的任务和挑战,本文研究发挥网络优势的特点,阐述加强高校党建工作的重要意义。方法:结合本人在西华大学党建工作中的体会及所取得的成绩进行分析阐述,通过实施党建工作进易班网络,建立网上党支部,构建了大学生党建新内容,对我省高校学生党建工作提供了参考和借鉴。结论:易班网络环境下探索大学生党建工作,适应新形势,探索新载体,必将会有助于进一步提高大学生党建工作成效和质量。At present, based on the analysis of the features of network culture and the education of college students, the paper expounds the present tasks and challenges that colleges＇ party building work faces, studies the advantages of the network and elaborates the important significance of strengthening colleges＇ party building work. Combining the author＇s experience in the party building work of Xihua University and through the analysis of the achievements in this work, the paper establishes the party branch on the Internet and establishes the new content of college students＇ party building by implementing the party building work on the network platform of E-class, which provides some references for the party building work of universities in Sichuan Province. Through the exploration, the paper draws the conclusion that to explore college students＇ party building work, adapt to the new situation and search the new carrier under the network environment of E-class will surely improve the effectiveness and quality of the party building work.
