价值多元背景下科技道德失范的原因及对策探析

摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入推进,我国经济、社会的结构和形态发生了深刻变化,社会个体的思想观念,包括价值观明显呈现多元化倾向,科技道德失范危害社会生活的现象屡见不鲜。应从自律和他律两个维度,在思想教育、法规约束、经济奖惩、舆论监督五个方面,不断加强科技道德建设,引导树立正确的科技价值观,正确利用科技造福人类社会。With the deepening of reform and opening up,our country's economic and social structures and forms have had profound changes.Social individuals' ideologies including values appeared the diversified tendency,and the phenomena that the anomie of scientific technology and morality harms the social life are nothing new.Therefore,from the perspectives of self-discipline and heteronomy,we should continuously strengthen the construction of scientific technology and morality in the four aspects of ideological education,the constraints of laws and regulations,economic rewards and punishment and supervision by public opinions.Meanwhile,we also need to guide and establish correct values on scientific technology so as to appropriately make use of scientific technology to benefit human society.
