摘　　要：公选领导干部正成为干部选拔,尤其是成为公开、公平、公正的选拔的用人制度,为需要上升渠道的年轻人提供上升空间。而对于通过公选走上领导干部岗位上的年轻干部来讲,由于新的工作岗位和原来的工作岗位大部分在领域不是很相近,因此,如何在相对陌生的环境下展开工作,也是一个值得深入思考的课题。笔者作为曾参加过公选的候选人,主要从三个方面来论述公选干部如何在新的岗位上、新的环境下开展工作。The open election of leading cadres is becoming a personnel system of electing cadres and is open,fair and just,which provides the climbing space for young people needing rising channels.However,for the young cadres of open elections,new posts have no similarity with their original posts.Therefore,how to carry out their work in relatively unfamiliar environments is a subject that is worth thinking deeply.As a candidate of the previous open election,the author elaborates how to carry out the work in new posts and new environments from three aspects.
