试论新形势下大学生就业指导课程建设问题

摘　　要：我国自1999年起普通高等院校开始扩招。近几年来每年参加高考的人都在900万以上,按照75%的录取比率,每年新入学的大学新生在680万左右。大学生就业成为社会热点问题,对大学生进行就业上的指导成为政府、学校、家庭、教师各方工作的一个核心内容,就业指导课的作用日显重要。高校如何完善就业指导课程体系,对大学生进行全面、系统的就业指导势在必行,迫在眉睫。Since 1999,ordinary colleges have expanded the enrollment in our country.In recent years,over 9 million people take part in the college entrance examination each year.According to the enrollment rate of 75%,there are about 6.8 million freshmen each year.Therefore,the employment of college students has become a hotspot of the society.To guide college students' employment has been a core content of the work in government,colleges,families and teachers,and the employment guidance course is increasingly important.It is urgent for colleges to perfect the curriculum system of employment guidance and make a comprehensive and systematic employment guidance for college students.
