老年脑梗死住院患者睡眠质量对血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压老年脑梗死住院患者睡眠质量与血压的关系。方法对高血压老年脑梗死患者进行24h动态血压监测,了解睡眠质量及下降的原因及与血压的关系。结果 128例患者中,86例(67.2%)有睡眠质量下降,其原因有环境因素、疾病本身因素、药物因素等。血压监测"非杓型"血压109例,占全部病例的85.2%,"非杓型"血压中睡眠质量下降者占90.0%。睡眠良好者占73.8%。结论睡眠质量下降有多种因素,睡眠质量下降者血压高于睡眠良好者,多呈"非杓型"改变。Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in hospitalized elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension. Methods The blood pressure monitoring was performed within 24hours to determine the reasons for the poor sleep, and the relationship between the quality of sleep and blood pressure. Results Among 128 patients,86 cases （67.2%） had poor sleep, the reasons were classified by environmental factors, factors of disease itself, medicine factors and so on. There were 109 patients with ＂non-dipper＂ blood pressure curve in all patients,the incidence was 85.2% ,the incidence of non-dipper blood pressure curve in patients with poor sleep was 90.0%, that of the patients with good sleep was 73.8% in the whole group. Conclusion Many factors play a role in the quality of sleep, the poor sleep can aggravate blood pressure disorder, cause ＂non-dipper＂ blood pressure curve.
