摘　　要：目的探讨去乙酰化酶(sirtuin 3,SIRT3)在肝癌组织中的表达与肝癌患者预后的关系。方法取原发性肝癌肿瘤组织80例,用免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织SIRT3的表达水平,生存曲线分析采用Kaplan-Meier方法 ,组间生存率比较采用Log-rank检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果研究发现肝癌患者中SIRT3高表达组术后生存率低,相反,SIRT3低表达组术后生存率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌组织中SIRT3表达水平与患者生存率呈负相关,SIRT3表达在原发性肝癌的预后中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the association of the expression of sirtuin 3 （SIRT3） with hepatocellular carcinoma prognosis. Methods SIRT3 in specimens resected from 80 hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Survival curves were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and comparisons between the curves were made using the Log-rank test. Results The survival rate of SIRT3 overexpression group was low, conversely, the survival rate of SIRT3 low expression group was high, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is a negative correlation between the expression of SIRT3 in HCC tissues and the survival time of patients with HCC, and the expression of SIRT3 may play a very important role in the prognosis of HCC.
