白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞白血病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞单采术对高白细胞白血病的临床疗效。方法对39例高白细胞白血病患者进行细胞单采术,比较手术前后的外周血计数变化和临床疗效情况。结果白细胞和血小板计数均显著下降,与单采术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有患者的自觉症状改善或消失,不良反应轻微。结论白细胞单采术对高白细胞白血病有较好的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Leukapheresis in treating Hyperleukocytic Leukemia. Methods 39 patients with Hyperleukocytic Leukemia was treated with leukapheresis. To compare the changes of blood counting numbers and the therapeutic effects. Results The WBC and BPC decreased significantly and there was statistical significance in the differences （P〈 0.05）, comparing to what in preoperative. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Leukapheresis in treating Hyperleukocytic Leukemia were satisfied, which can relieve the clinical symptoms significantly.
