摘　　要：目的:总结裴晓华教授治疗三阴乳腺癌的临床经验。方法:通过对病因病机、辨证论治的探讨,总结裴晓华教授治疗三阴乳腺癌的经验。结果:强调肝、脾、肾三脏在三阴乳腺癌不同时期的调治,在肝肾阴虚、脾肾两虚基础上,临床上应注意病证结合,祛邪勿伤正,调理脾胃贯穿始终。同时应注意调畅情志。结论:裴晓华教授治疗三阴乳腺癌临床疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Pei Xiaohua treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.Methods：The experience of Professor Pei Xiaohua treatment of triple-negative breast cancer was summarized through the exploration of etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.Results：Emphasis on regulation of three viscera of liver,spleen and kidney in different period,on the basis of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and deficiency of spleen and kidney,in clinical he pays attention to combination of disease and syndrome,protecting the healthy qi during the process of eliminating evils and regulating spleen and stomach throughout.At the same time adjustment of emotion should be paid attention to.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Pei Xiaohua in treating triple-negative breast cancer is remarkable.
