基于肺肠相关理论的《伤寒论》结胸证治探讨

摘　　要：目的:对《伤寒论》中基于肺肠相关理论的结胸证治进行探讨。方法:对《伤寒论》论治结胸证的15条原文进行归纳分析。结果:张仲景所创立的六经辨证是以人体手足十二经络及其所络属的脏腑、体窍为生理基础的临床诊治方法,其证治内容均有相应的藏象理论为理论指导。结胸病位涉及三焦,并有偏上(肺)、偏中(胃)、偏下(肠)不同,其立法处方虽均不离逐水消痰,实则有重在开肺泻肺、消痰涤结、通腑泻热之别,体现了从下(肠)治上(肺、心)或上下同治的法则。结论:从肺肠相关理论治疗结胸证疗效确切。Objective：To discuss thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of jiexiong syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases base on the related theory of lung and intestine.Methods：15 items of original texts of diagnosis and treatment of jiexiong syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were summarized and analyzed.Results：Six meridian syndrome differentiation founded by Zhang Zhongjing is a clinical diagnosis and treatment method,with human hand-foot twelve meridians and viscera and body orifices collateral belonging to twelve meridians as the physiological basis,and the contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment all have actual corresponding viscera theory for the theoretical guidance.The disease location of jiexiong syndrome involved triple energizer,and exited the differences of partial to upper energizer（lung）,partial to middle energizer（stomach）,partial to lower energizer（intestine）.The therapeutical principles and prescriptions although all didn′t separate from removing water and eliminating phlegm,actually emphasis on the differences of ventilating lung and purging lung,eliminating phlegm and resolving hard lump,purgation to eliminating heat,which reflected the principles of treatment for upper energizer disease（lung,heart） by treating lower energizer disease（intestine） or treatment of both upper and lower energizer.Conclusion：The related theory of lung and intestine in treating jiexiong syndrome has definite curative effect.
