摘　　要：目的:探讨张仲景组方用药基本思路与方法进行基础的理论认识与临床应用。方法:通过对经方的解读,研究探寻张仲景运用半夏的规律。结果:半夏有止呕、化痰饮、散痞结益脾胃、止痛之功用,且量不同效各异,用量上贵在酌量权度,配伍衡定。结论:临床中只有针对病变证选方用药,不拘泥于单一的配伍关系,活学活用,才能真正最大限度地发挥经典方药的作用。Objective：To explore the basic thoughts and methods of prescription medication by Zhang Zhongjing,and to carry on basic theoretical knowledge and clinical application.Methods：The rules of Zhang Zhongjing use of pinellia ternate were studied and explored base on the interpretation of classical prescription.Results：Pinellia ternate roughly has the functions of antiemetic efficacy,dissolving phlegm and fluid,and eliminating hard lump,benefiting spleen-stomach,and analgesia,and dosage different and the effects not the same.The dosage value on consideration the amout and weigh the degree,and the compatibility of balance and stability.Conclusion：Only aiming at lesion,syndrome,and pathogenesis to select prescription in clinical,and not restrict to the single compatibility relationship,creatively study and application,can play the role of classical prescriptions true maximum.
