摘　　要：面向区域经济建设要求,深入开展人才培养模式改革是高职教育发挥服务功效的具体体现。高职院校要融入区域经济发展培养创新创业型人才,就要采取开放式教育理念,广泛建立校企合作的平台,这既是高职院校与区域经济关联互动的必然选择,也是高职院校办出特色与水平、适应区域经济快速发展的必由之路。Higher vocational education plays the function of service, which is embodied by facing the demands of regional economic construction and reforms of talents training mode. In order to integrate into the regional economic development and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, higher vocational colleges should adopt an open education concept and establish an effective and extensive cooperation platform between school and enterprise. It is recognized as an inevitable choice of their sound interaction and coordination as well as the only way of adapting to the rapid development of regional economy
