摘　　要：新生党员的素质好坏对高校党建工作有效的开展和实施有直接的影响,但目前中国高校新生党员的再教育工作存在着很大的问题。所以本文从高校新生党员再教育工作的现状入手,分析其原因,并结合当前实际提出一些建设性意见,以期对培养出优秀的共产党员有一定的参考价值。The quality of new party members has a direct impact on the effective implementation and promotion of the party building work of universities. But at present, the reeducation work of our country＇s new party members in universities has many problems. Therefore, the paper starts to analyze the reasons from the present situation of the reeducation work in universities and puts forward some constructive suggestions according to the present practices so as to provide some valuable references for the training of excellent party members.
