摘　　要：现在很多大学生疲于面对各种英语考试,如四六级、托福、雅思等,已很少有时间专门进行写作能力的训练;另一方面,对于中国大学生而言,英语写作又是其一大弱项,因此,提高大学生的习作能力便显得非常迫切。基于此,笔者针对英语写作之特性,提出了一些提高大学生英语写作能力的相关建议。Now many college students are tired of facing all kinds of English tests, such as CET, TOEFL, IELTS and so on, and they have little time to train writing ability. In addition, English writing is a great weakness for most Chinese college students. Therefore, it is very urgent for college students to improve writing ability. Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving college students＇ English writing ability according to the features of English writing.
