摘　　要：针对缺少对建筑企业这类项目型高风险企业供应商管理研究的状况,依据材料类型决定企业与供应商关系,而供应关系决定采购策略的思想,结合建筑企业的采购特点,采用聚类分析的方法将建筑企业供应商分为:大宗关键材料供应商、高交货风险材料供应商、主力材料供应商、低值材料供应商。分别阐述了建筑企业与上述四类供应商的关系及采购策略。Due to the shortage of the researches on the supplier management of high-risk construction enterprises, the paper determines the relation between enterprises and suppliers according to material types. In this paper, the supply relationship decides the thoughts of purchasing strategies and the paper combines the purchasing features of construction enterprises to divide the suppliers of construction enterprises with cluster analysis method into the supplier of key large material, the supplier of high-risk delivery, the supplier of main material and the supplier of low-value material. The paper respectively expounds the relationships of construction enterprises and the above four-type suppliers and the purchasing strategies.
