摘  要:对小流量压力雾化喷嘴性能进行了试验研究。主要测定了喷嘴在供油压力3.0MPa下的燃油流量、喷雾锥角和周向分布不均匀度,并对喷嘴的流量特征和雾化粒度特性进行了详细的试验研究。试验结果表明,在3.0MPa供油压力下,喷嘴的流量均匀稳定,锥角在61.1°~69.1°之间,燃油周向分布不均匀度在13.9%~19.8%之间,燃油流量和雾化粒度索特尔平均直径(SMD)随压力的变化符合压力雾化喷嘴的一般规律。该试验丰富了小流量压力雾化喷嘴数据库,为小流量燃油喷嘴的设计和改进提供了重要参考依据。The performance of a small flow pressure-swirl atomizer is investigated. The fuel flow, spraying angle and circumference non-uniformity of atomizer under the pressure of 3.0MPa are measured; also, the flow characteristics and particle size characteristics are studied in detail. The results show that, the flow is sta- ble under 3.0MPa, the spraying cone angle is between 61.1 ° - 69.1 °, and the circumference non-uniformity of fuel is between 13.9% - 19.8%. The changes of fuel flow and particle size SMD with different pressures follow the general law of pressure-swirl atomizer. This experiment enriches the database of the small flow pressure-swirl atomizer, and it also provides some important references for atomization design and improvement.
