摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科危重患者侵入性操作消毒护理对策。方法选择本院从2010年1月至2011年1月收治的危重患者226例,对其侵入性操作频率和医院感染率进行调查分析,并制定相关的消毒和护理对策。结果本院急诊科危重患者侵入率操作频率较高,有34位患者出现了医院的感染的情况,医院感染率达到15.04%,针对本院侵入性操作频率较高的特点,本院加强了对于无菌操作和消毒护理工作的重视程度,有效降低了医院感染率。结论危重科患者存在入侵性操作频率高和医院感染率高的特点,要重视入侵性操作中的消毒和护理工作,可以有效降低医院感染率。Objective To investigate the emergency department critically ill patients with invasive procedures disinfection care measures. Methods Critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 226 cases, investigation and analysis of its the invasive procedures frequency and hospital infection and the development of relevant disinfection and nursing countermeasures. Results Our hospital emergency department critically ill patients with invasive rate higher operating frequency, 34 patients withhospital infection, hospital infection rate reached 15.04%, for our hospital invasive procedures frequency features, our hospital has strengthened aseptic and disinfection nursing degree of attention, effectively reducing hospital infection rates. Conclusion In critically ill patients with Division invasive high operating frequency and characteristics of hospital infection rate, disinfection and care should pay attention to the invasive operation, can effectively reduce the infection rate.
