丁苯酞对重度颈内动脉颅内段狭窄患者脑血管反应性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞对重度颈内动脉颅内段狭窄患者脑血管反应性的影响。方法对照组患者仅进行常规临床治疗;研究组患者在进行上述常规治疗的基础上,给予丁苯酞药物联合治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后脑血管反应性变化情况,并于治疗前后分别对患者进行多普勒临床医学影像检查,对检查结果及治疗结果给予统计学分析,得出结论。结果研究组患者经治疗后,脑血管改善程度为(0.24±0.16),明显高于对照组患者经治疗后脑血管改善程度为(0.05±0.03),且P<0.05,两组患者对比结果具有统计学意义。结论对重度颈内动脉颅内段狭窄患者在进行常规治疗的基础上给予丁苯酞药物联合治疗,能够明显提高患者脑血管反应性,从而提高患者临床治疗效果与生活质量,最终保障患者生命安全。Objective To study the styrene-butadiene brilliant to severe internal carotid artery stenosis in patients with intracranial segment cerebrovasenlar reactivity influence. Methods The patients in control group only in routine clinical treatment; the patients in the conventional treatment on the basis of, give styrene-butadiane brilliant drug combination therapy.Observe and record the two groups before and after treatment in patients with cerebrovasenlar reactivity changes, and in respectively before and after treatment in patients with doppler clinical medical imaging, the inspection results and the treatment results give statistics analysis, draw the conclusion. Results The patients after treatment, the improvement of the cerebrovascular （0.24＋0.16） , significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment in patients with cerebrovaseular improve the level of （0.05＋0.03） and P〈0.05, the two groups were compared with the results of statistical significance. Conclusion The severe internal carotid artery stenosis in patients with intraeranial segment routine treatment on the basis of given styrene-butadiene brilliant drug combination therapy can significantly improve the patients with cerebrovascular reactivity, so as to improve the clinical treatment effect and quality of life, and ultimately ensuring patients life safety.
