外斜视V征手术治疗142例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析外斜视V征患者的手术治疗方法和临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年6月期间,我院收治的142例外斜视V征患者的临床资料,观察患者术前、术后的眼位变化和双眼单视功能情况,研究其具体手术治疗的方式和效果。结果治疗后142例患者中有90例(172眼)行下斜肌减弱术治疗;52例(104眼)外直肌后退术并行外移位术并肌止端向上移位术治疗,其中有30例(60眼)选择内直肌缩短术并肌止端向下移位术。术后患者的眼位恢复正位者126例,占88.7%,88例患者获得双眼单视功能,占62.0%。结论外斜视V征的治疗要根据患者的实际病因选择不同的手术方式,通常采用下斜肌减弱术或水平肌止端移位术联合斜视矫正术治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Ohjeetive To study the surgery methods and effect of treating exotropia V symptom with operation. Methods Choosed 142 patients with exotropia V symptom from Jan 2010 to Jun 2012 to observe eye position, binocular single visual function before and after operation. Results There were 90 patients （172 eyes） treated with inferior oblique muscle weakening procedure, 52 patients （104 eyes） treated with lateral rectus back surgery combined muscle cheek end up transposition, and 30 patients （60 eyes） treated with medial rectus muscle shortening operation and muscle check end downward shie operation. There were 126 patients eye position cured （88.7%）, 88 patients （62.0%） received binocular single visual function. Conclusion We should choose different surgery ways according pathogenesis,using binocular single visual function and level muscle check end transposition usually to extend in clinic.
