摘　　要：由于鱼形键尺寸精度要求高,传统加工方法无法保证,故设计整体圆加工方案,通过严密计算以及设计制作的胎具将其车削成型,在确保工件尺寸、精度,质量的前提下,利用新工艺达到了良好的效果。Because of the fish shaped key precision,the traditional processing methods can not be guaranteed,so the whole round processing scheme design,through strict calculation and design for the turning shaping,in ensuring the workpiece size,accuracy,the quality of the premise,to achieve good results by using new technology.
