摘　　要：专业建设是高等学校的一项基本建设,专业建设网络信息管理系统的开发研制,便于尽快了解学校专业建设的情况,促进专业建设体系的改革和建设,提高教学质量和专业办学水平。Specialty construction is a basic construction of university,the development of the network information management system,easy to understand the situation of the specialty construction of the university as soon as possible,promotes the reform and construction of specialty construction system,improve the quality of teaching and professional education level.This paper discusses the management system design and implementation of the specialty construction which based on Struts +Spring +Hibernate framework,and introduces the structure of the system,basic functions and data analysis model and implementation.
