Results of occupational health investigation in printing industry in Kunshan City

摘　　要：目的分析昆山市印刷行业职业病防治工作中存在的问题,提出适合该市的职业卫生监管模式及防治措施。方法对198家印刷企业的职业健康状况进行普查,收集、整理并分析相关数据。结果不足50%的企业能够落实建设项目三同时、职业病危害事故应急救援预案、职业病危害合同告知、警示标识和中文警示说明、职业危害公告栏、危害因素监测、职业健康检查和危害因素申报等工作,近90%的企业能够落实设置职业卫生管理机构、职业卫生知识培训、配备作业场所防护设施以及发放和使用个人防护用品等工作。结论该市印刷企业数量较多,企业规模大小不一、生产技术水平参差不齐,小型企业占绝大多数,导致印刷行业的职业危害监管极为不便,印刷行业的职业病防治形势非常严峻,应针对不同企业加强工作侧重点的选择。[Objective]To analyze the existing problems in occupational prevention work in printing industry of Kunshan City,put forward the appropriate mode of occupational health supervision and prevention measures.[Methods]The status of occupational health in 198 printing enterprises was investigated,and the data were collected and analyzed.[Results]Less than 50% enterprises had implemented the three simultaneousnesses measures of construction project,emergency rescue plan of occupational accidents,contract inform of occupational hazard,warning signs and Chinese warning,occupational hazard board,hazard monitoring,occupational health examination and hazard report.Nearly 90% enterprises had established the occupational health management organizations,implemented occupational health training,equipped the safeguards in workplaces,and provided the personal protective articles.[Conclusion]In Kunshan City,there are many printing enterprises with different scale and uneven technical level,and most of them are small enterprise.Therefore,the occupational health supervision in printing industry is difficult,and the occupational diseases prevention faces the serious situation.It is important to choose the emphasis of work according to different enterprises.
