摘  要:目的研究两面针叶不同采收期挥发油性的化学成分,为两面针植物的综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取两面针叶挥发油,应用GC毛细管柱进行分离,质谱检测,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果不同采收期两面针叶挥发性主要成分基本相同,均为萜类化合物,其中,橙花叔醇含量最高,7,8,9,10月份时分别为9.92%,19.59%,13.57%和11.13%;其次为α-杜松醇,7,8,9,10月份时分别为8.86%,10.62%,16.59%和9.97%;再次为棕榈酸,7,8,9,10月份时分别为13.07%,12.22%,8.25%和7.55%。结论主要成分在不同采收期尽管基本相同,但含量有别,此研究为确定两面针叶的合理采收期及为两面针植物的综合开发提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the essential oil from the leaves of different harvest periods of Zanthoxylum nitidum DC.,and provide the scientific foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization of this plant. MethodsThe essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation method and carried out with GC-MS.The relative contents were determined with normalization method. ResultsTerpenoids were the major essential oil components from the leaves of different harvest periods of Zanthoxylum nitidum.As the main component,the content of nerolidol were 9.92%,19.59%,13.57% and 11.13% in July,Augest,September and October.The content of α-cadinol were 8.86%,10.62%,16.59% and 9.97% in the four corresponding month.The contents of hexadecanoic acid were 13.07%,12.22%,8.25% and 7.55% in that corresponding monthly,respectively. ConclusionThe main compounds in different harvest time were basically the same,but,the contents were difference.This research provided the scientific foundation to determine reasonable harvest time for the leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum and comprehensive development for the plant.
