MRI在直肠癌诊断及术前分期中的应用价值

摘　　要：直肠癌以病理分期作为标准，探讨MRI对直肠癌术前分期的价值。对52例直肠癌患者进行常规MRI检查后行手术治疗并行病理分期。结果显示，MRI对直肠癌T分期总的准确性为80．8％，N分期总的准确性为65．3％。结果表明，MRI在直肠癌诊断及术前分期中具有较高的应用价值。This study was to discuss the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in preoperative local staging of rectal cancer on the basis of pathology. 52 patients were given conventional MRI examina- tion and pathology staging. The results showed that the overall accuracy rate of MRI for T staging was 80.8% and 65.3% for N. It is concluded that MRI is of higher applicable value in the diagnosis and preop- erative staging of rectal cancer.
